Federal Law No. 219-FZ amending Federal Law No. 26-FZ on natural curative resources, medicinal and sanitary localities and health.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 2.1. Ascertainment of curative properties of natural medicinal resources and validation of classification thereof. 1. Curative properties of natural medicinal resources shall be ascertained by the results of scientific research corresponding to multiannual practice. 2. Classification of natural curative resources, medical indications and counter-indications for medicinal and preventive purposes shall be validated by the federal state institution authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
