Abstract
Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “For the purpose of completeness of exploration, rational management and protection of subsoil the boundaries of the allotted plot of subsoil can be modified. The modalities of establishment and modification of the boundaries of the allotted plots of subsoil shall be established by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
