Abstract
Article 8.37 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Violation of the rules governing the types of use of wildlife, with the exception of hunting and fishing (including the extraction of aquatic invertebrates and marine mammals), established by federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation shall entail administrative liability”.
