Abstract
This Federal Law determines the criteria for classification of subsoil plots as subsoil plots of federal significance. It is established that from the list of subsoil plots of federal significance those that contain placer and technogenic deposits of diamonds and metals of the platinum group are excluded, as well as manifestations of certain minerals. The procedure for granting the right to extract associated minerals and the procedure for making appropriate changes to previously issued licenses for the right to use subsoil plots is determined.
