Part 8 of the Article 29 shall be amended to add a new wording: “Natural and legal persons shall carry out timber extraction in accordance with the contracts for lease of forest land plots. In exceptional case federal state institutions shall be authorized to carry out timber extraction for public and municipal needs in accordance with forest stock purchase and sale contracts.”
