Abstract
Article 13.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Decision-making related to tenders and auctions for concession of subsoil plots for exploration and mining purposes shall be performed by: (a) regional executive body competent in the sphere of subsoil management of local significance; and (b) federal executive body competent in the sphere of public subsoil management except for subsoil plots of federal and local significance.”
