Federal Law No. 338-FZ amending Federal Law No. 166-FZ on fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources.

Part 5 of the Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Catches of aquatic biological resources obtained (caught) during performance of coastal fishing, live, fresh or chilled, live, fresh or chilled fish products, produced on fishing vessels, shall be subject to transportation, storage and unloading in the seaports of the Russian Federation and other places of unloading, determined by the regional state executive bodies of the coastal constituent entities of the Russian Federation located on the territory of such entities, in the manner prescribed by the Government of the Russian Federation, in order to produce fish products by production facilities (enterprises) intended for production of fish products on the territory of the coastal entity of the Russian Federation, and (or) for trade on the territory of the Russian Federation in conformity with the legislation on the fundamentals of state regulation of trading activities in the Russian Federation." Article 6 shall be supplemented with Part 6 of the following wording: “In the process of coastal fishing on fishing vessels can be authorized production of live, fresh and chilled fish products, the types of which are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the All-Russian product classifier by type of economic activity.”
