Abstract
Article 1 shall be amended to add a new wording: “imposition and abolition of quarantine on the whole territory of the Russian Federation and other restrictions for the prevention of propagation and liquidation of outbreaks of infectious and other animal diseases (restrictive arrangements – quarantine”.
