Abstract
Article 25 shall be amended to add a new wording: “10.1 growing planting material of forest species (saplings, seedlings);” Article 57 shall be amended to acquire a new wording: “Article 57. Aerial forest protection and conservation shall include: (a) aerial forest fire patrol; (b) forest fire extinguishing; and (c) aerial forest pathology monitoring”. Article 81 shall be amended to add a new wording: “8.1 establishing regulations for the use of forests for growing planting material of forest species (saplings, seedlings);” Article 96 shall be amended to acquire a new wording: “1. State forest control and supervision shall be carried out through forest protection against offences and infringement of forest legislation and enforcement of forest legislation”.
