Federal Law No. 582-FZ amending Law No. 4979-I on veterinary medicine.

Article 4 (1) shall be supplemented with Item 4 of the following wording: “4. Information to the Federal State Information Center system in the field of veterinary medicine is provided and obtained from the Federal State Information System in the field of veterinary organizations, citizens, federal executive bodies, regional executive authorities in the manner established by the federal executive body in the field of legal regulation in veterinary medicine”. Article 4 (4) regards management and disposal of biological waste by the organizations and natural persons recorded in the Federal state information system in the field of veterinary. Disposal of biological waste is carried out with use of biological waste destruction facilities. Destruction of highly hazardous biological waste shall be prohibited in cattle burial grounds.
