Federal Law No. 93-FZ amending some legislative acts related to immovable property.

Paragraph 4 of the item 6 of the Article 12 of the Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall be supplemented with the following wording: “plots of land shall be registered in accordance with cadastre plan.”; Article 25.2 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “The state registration of the ownership right to a plot of land shall be prohibited in such plot of land cannot be allotted in private ownership in accordance with the Federal legislation.” Article 28 of the Federal Law No. 66-FZ on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations shall acquire a new wording: “Article 28. Particulars of the allotment of the plots of land in ownership to the gardeners, farmers, summer countryside residents and non-profit-making associations thereof. Allotment of the plots of land in ownership to the gardeners, farmers, summer countryside residents and non-profit-making associations thereof of the plots of public or municipal land shall be carried out without tenders subject to payment or without payment in accordance with the Federal and regional legislation.” Article 19 of the Federal Law No. 28-FZ of 2000 "On state land cadastre" shall be supplemented with item 6.1 of the following wording: "6.1. In case of the presentation for the purpose of the state cadastre registration on a plot of land of the legal document containing incorrect data regarding land data the aforesaid registration shall be carried out in accordance with documentation containing land survey data.”
