Abstract
Paragraph 3 of the Article 1 of the Federal Law No.109-FZ of 1997 “On safe handling of pesticides and agricultural chemicals” acquires a new wording: “Agricultural chemicals are fertilizers, chemical agents, fodder additives destined for the nutrition of plants, regulation of soil fertility and fattening cattle. The present definition is not applicable to peat used for other purposes.”
