Abstract
The purpose of the present Fisheries Agreement shall be to carry out joint arrangements for increasing output of fish and fish products (art. 1). The Parties have agreed to set up joint Fisheries Commission for the implementation of the present Fisheries Agreement (art. 2). Joint Fisheries Commission shall carry out the following functions: (a) elaboration of joint arrangements in the field of fisheries; (b) exchange of experience in the field of fish farming and fish processing; (c) joint fisheries in the World Ocean; (art. 3).

The Agreement enters into force from the date of signature.
Notes
The period of validity shall be five years and the Agreement shall be automatically extended for the subsequent five-year periods unless one of the Parties informs the other in writing of its decision to terminate it six months before the expiry.
