Government Decision No. 1532 validating the State Program "Implementation of state national policy."

Program goals: harmonization of national and interethnic relations; ensuring equality of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, regardless of race, nationality, language, attitude to religion and other circumstances; successful social and cultural adaptation and integration of migrants; preservation and development of the ethnocultural diversity of the peoples of Russia; strengthening the all-Russian civic consciousness and spiritual community of the multinational people of the Russian Federation (Russian nation).
Objectives of the Program: increasing the effectiveness of the involvement of civil society institutions in the implementation of the state national policy of the Russian Federation; development and improvement of the system of state-public partnership in the implementation of the state national policy of the Russian Federation; strengthening the unity of the Russian nation and the ethnocultural development of the multinational people of the Russian Federation; ensuring the right to preserve the native language from among the languages of the peoples of Russia, its study and development; support for indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation, including the preservation and protection of their ancestral habitat and traditional way of life; ensuring conflict-free and effective social and cultural adaptation and integration of migrants into Russian society; creation of a sustainable system of state-public partnership in the field of public policy in relation to the Russian Cossacks; reduction of conflict situations in the sphere of interethnic and ethno-confessional relations; creation of conditions and mechanisms for the effective implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Implementation of the state national policy".
Target indicators and indicators of the Program: increase in the number of employed people in the places of traditional residence and traditional economic activity of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation in relation to the corresponding indicator in 2016.
Expected results of the implementation of the Program: ensured support for small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federations, including preservation and protection of their ancestral habitat and traditional lifestyle.
Subprogram 4 “Small indigenous peoples” sets forth the following objectives: creating conditions for the participation of public organizations of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation in resolving issues affecting the rights and interests of such peoples; promoting the preservation of original cultures and traditional ways of life of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation; promoting the improvement of the quality of life of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.
Target indicators of Subprogram 4: the share of public organizations of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation involved in resolving issues affecting the rights and interests of such peoples in the total number of public organizations of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation; the level of income of the population in the places of traditional residence and traditional economic activity of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.
Expected results of the implementation of Subprogram 4: increased participation of small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation in resolving issues affecting their rights and interests has been ensured; assistance has been provided to the preservation of original cultures and traditional ways of life of small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation; the quality of life of small indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation has been improved; international humanitarian contacts have been expanded to promote Russian experience in sustainable development of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation.
