Government Decree No. 1943 validating the Regulation on the procedure for establishing and changing the boundaries of agricultural land parcels within agricultural land areas.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for establishing and changing the boundaries of agricultural land parcels within agricultural land areas. The decision to establish the boundaries of agricultural land or to change the boundaries of agricultural land is made by the Ministry of Agriculture for each type of agricultural land (arable land, hayfield, pasture (except for reindeer pastures), fallow land, land occupied by perennial plantings (orchards, vineyards, etc.) separately for each constituent entity of the Russian Federation by issuing an order, to which information on the boundaries of agricultural land is attached. The decision to establish the boundaries of agricultural land is made on the basis of information on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of agricultural land contained in the Unified Federal State Information System on agricultural land and land used or provided for agriculture as part of land of other categories. When establishing the boundaries of agricultural land, boundaries thereof must not intersect with the boundaries of a populated area or the boundaries of land plots of other categories.
