Government Decree No. 2112 validating the Regulation for holding competitions and auctions for the right to conclude an agreement on the implementation of recreational activities in the national park.

This Regulation determines the procedure for holding competitions and auctions for the right to conclude an agreement on the implementation of recreational activities in national parks or an agreement based on the results of a competition or auction or in the event that the competition or auction is declared invalid. The agreement is concluded through bidding in the form of an auction in electronic form. The organizer of competitions and auctions in electronic form for the right to conclude an agreement is the federal executive body in charge of the national park, or a federal government agency subordinate to such a federal executive body, in cases determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 17 (4) Federal Law On Protected Areas . Acceptance of applications for participation in tenders and documents attached to them begins from the date and time specified in the notice of the tender, is carried out for at least 30 calendar days and ends on the closing date for acceptance of applications specified in such notice. One bidder has the right to submit only one application for participation in the auction. The results of the auction are documented in a protocol on the results of the auction, which is posted on the official website on the day of its signing.
