Government Decree No. 2400 validating the Regulation for maintaining a register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in recycling waste from the use of goods.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for maintaining the register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carrying out recycling of waste from the use of goods, including composition and volume of information and documents included in the register of recyclers, the procedure and the form for submitting an application for inclusion of information about the recycler to the register of recyclers and attached documents, a list of such documents, the procedure and forms for sending applications and notifications of changes to the register of recyclers, the procedure and forms for providing information from the register of recyclers. The register of recyclers is maintained by the Federal Supervisory Natural Resources Management Service in electronic form according to Annex 1. The register of recyclers is a publicly accessible state information resource. The register of recyclers is maintained in Russian in electronic form in the unified federal state information system for recording waste from use goods.
