Government Resolution No. 518 “On the procedure for determining the fee for the provision by the operator of services for conducting operations in the register of carbon units.”

This Government Resolution establishes the procedure for determining the fee for the provision by the operator of services for conducting operations in the register of carbon units. The operator independently determines the amount of fees for services. The amount of the fee is determined based on the calculation of the economically justified costs of the operator necessary for the provision of services, taking into account market conditions, requirements for the quality of service provision, including based on the conditions defined by this Government Resolution. The amount of the fee is established in compliance with the following basic principles: (a) consideration of the volume of financial investments of the operator in creating the register; (b) establishing a fixed fee for services; (c) accounting for expenses and income from the provision of reference (analytical) information from the register; and (d) accounting for the costs of interaction with the state information system in the field of energy saving and increasing energy efficiency.
