Governmental Decree No. 1073 validating the Regulation on collection of environmental fees.

This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of collection of environmental fees, the modalities of calculation thereof and the terms of payment. The aforesaid environmental fees shall be applicable to manufacturers and importers of commodities (including packaging materials) that shall be subject to recycling or disposal after use. Federal Nature Management Supervision Service shall be authorized state institution responsible for correct calculation, application and collection of environmental fees. The aforesaid environmental fees shall not be applicable to commodities subject to recycling outside the Russian Federation.
