Governmental Decree No. 1335 “On introduction of a temporary ban on the export of whales, dolphins and porpoises from the Russian Federation.”

This Governmental Decree sets for 180 days from the date of entry into force thereof a temporary ban on the export from the Russian Federation to states that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, whales, dolphins and porpoises (mammals of the Cetacea order) (code 0106 12 00 of the Unified Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union), harvested (caught) in the internal waters of the Russian Federation, including the internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, as well as in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and in the exclusive economic zone Russian Federation.
