Abstract
Regulation on labelling of liquors with federal special stamps establishes the procedure for applying federal special stamps on alcoholic products. Stamps must be affixed to alcoholic products, manufactured in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for beer, beer-based beverages, cider, poire, mead and liquors destined for export by organizations engaged in the manufacturing of such products on the territory of the Russian Federation, after the end of the last technological operation, related to the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages, and must also be applied to alcoholic beverages imported into the Russian Federation by organizations importing alcoholic beverages into the Russian Federation, including import from Eurasian Economic Union member states, prior to its import into the Russian Federation. The stamps must be applied with a technology that eliminates the possibility of tampering and re-use of the stamps. The consumer packaging must be marked with a technology that excludes counterfeiting and re-use of stamps and that also ensures that a two-dimensional bar code (graphical information in coded form) can be read by the state automated information accounting system.
