Governmental Decree No. 2422 validating the Regulation on the procedure for keeping record of the federal register of viticultural land.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for keeping record of the federal register of viticultural land by the Ministry of Agriculture in electronic form for the purpose of registration of land fit for viticulture. The registry is a unified state information system for recording grapevine land, including information on land plots, which have been used for the purposes of cultivation of vine plantations for at least 5 years during the last 50 years. The register contains the following information on land plots: (a) individual number of the land plot and the date of its allotment; (b) the name of the viticulture and wine-making zone within which boundaries the land plot is located; (c) name of viticulture and wine-making area, within which boundaries the land plot is located; (d) name of viticulture and wine terroir within which boundaries the land plot is located (if available); (e) decision of the authorized body on acknowledgement of the land plot as viticultural land; (f) cadastral number of the land plot and its area; and (g) information on the right holder of the land plot.
