Governmental Resolution No. 1702 validating the Regulation on state supervision of work on active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for organization and implementation of state supervision over the work on active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes performed by the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring. It lists public officials authorized to perform supervision. Object of state supervision shall be compliance by legal entities, performing work on active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes, with the following mandatory requirements: (a) holding license; and (b) fulfilment of requirements for purchase, storage and use of means for active impact.
