Abstract
The Governor, with a view of restriction of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the regional territory, decrees to suspend beginning from 4 April 2020 until a special order listed types of activities, except for trade of foodstuffs and facilities for trade of poultry and livestock.
