Joint Order No. P/87 of the Ministry of Economic Development and Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography validating the List of positions of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, for appointment to which citizens and in the replacement of which federal state civil servants are obliged to submit information on their income, property and property-related obligations of his/her spouse and underage children.

This Joint Order validates the List of positions of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, for appointment to which citizens and in the replacement of which federal state civil servants are obliged to submit information on their income, property and property-related obligations of his/her spouse and underage children, including the official duties of: (a) exercising permanently, temporarily, or in accordance with functions as a representative of the authorities or organizational-administrative or administrative-economic functions; (b) provision of public services to citizens and organizations; (c) implementation of control and supervisory activities; (d) preparation and adoption of decisions on the allocation of budgetary funds, subsidies, interbudgetary transfers, as well as allocation of a limited resource (quotas, frequencies, subsoil plots, etc.); (e) management of state property; (f) public procurement or issuance of licenses and permits; and (g) storage and distribution of material and technical resources.
