The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) exchange of information and experience in prevention of disasters, mitigation of the consequences thereof and early warning system; (b) monitoring and forecast of disasters and emergencies; (c) risk assessment; (d) joint research; (f) professional training o specialists; and (e) creation of database on natural disasters and catastrophes.
