Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Civil Protection, Emergency Situations and Mitigation of the Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of National Defence of the Plurinational State of Bolivia on cooperation for the prevention of natural disasters.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following spheres: (a) exchange of information on emergency situations and natural disasters; (b) prevention of natural disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof; (c) forecasting of emergency situations and natural disasters; (d) risk assessment related to environmental impact of emergency situations and natural disasters; and (e) training of staff and experts.
