Abstract
Imposition of a fine is envisaged in the following cases: 1) for the infringement of the provisions envisaged by the Law of the Russian Federation on veterinary medicine; 2) refusal to carry out compulsory preventive arrangements (check-up, immunization of animals) violation of the established terms; 3) violation of quarantine norms; 4) manufacturing and application of drugs without certification and in violation of the established requirements; 5) tardy information of animal disease and death; 6) non-compliance with the ordinance of state veterinary service as regards isolation and slaughtering of infected animals; 7) non-compliance with veterinary regulations currently in force as regards safety standards for animal products; 8) tardy or not complete carrying out measures for the liquidation of breeding ground of infectious animal disease; 9) manufacturing and utilization of animal feedstuffs not compatible with veterinary standards at the origin of spreading of infectious and mass non-infectious animal disease; 10) infringement of the currently in force regulations regarding international transportation (export, import, transit) and internal transportation of animals, animal products and other goods subject to veterinary inspection; 11) trade of animal products without veterinary and sanitary expertise; 12) violation of zoo-hygienic and veterinary and sanitary requirements in the process of disposition, construction and running of premises connected with cattle breeding, processing, storage and trade of animal products.
