Abstract
Section III amended to add the following item 11-1: “Lessee shall not have the right to impede access to citizens to the leased forest block and also to impede harvesting non timber forest products except for cases envisaged by Article 11 of the Forest Code. Leased forest block can be fenced exclusively in cases envisaged by the Forest Code”.
