Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Inter-Departmental Commission is set up for the purpose of examination and elaboration of the proposals as regards the organization and carrying out of the measures on the prevention and elimination of the consequences from delivery and spreading on the national territory of especially dangerous infectious humane, animal, plant disease and toxic substances. The main targets of the Commission are: 1). Elaboration of the common national policy for the protection of the national territory; 2). coordination of the activity of the Federal Executive Bodies, the ministries concerned, the departments and organizations as regards the organization and carrying out of the preventive measures for the protection of the national territory; 3). Organization of the cooperation between the divisions of the ministries concerned in carrying out measures for the exposure, localisation and elimination of the consequences of the delivery and spreading on the national territory of especially dangerous infectious humane, animal, plant disease and toxic substances, and the assessment of their efficiency.
