Ministerial Decree No. 1410 of 1999 regarding validation and keeping of an integral state database of the state of environment and its pollution.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the modalities of setting up and keeping of Integral state database of the state of environment and its pollution. Its main task consists in accumulation and conservation of information regarding the state of environment and its pollution for the purpose of providing with the above-mentioned information of the branches of national economy, armed forces and the population. Integral state database of the state of environment and its pollution consists of documentation containing general information and specialized information regarding hydrometeorology and adjoining spheres. General information belongs to the Federal Information Resources in the field of hydrometeorology and adjoining spheres. Information of Integral state database of the state of environment and its pollution is open to general public except for information classified by the Russian Legislation as the source of limited access.
