Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out federal state supervision in the sphere of geodesy and cartography (geodetic survey) by the officials of Federal State Supervision in the Sphere of Geodesy and Cartography. The object of supervision shall be control and checking of compliance with the established geodetic and cartographic requirements by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the process of carrying out geodetic and cartographic activities thereby and, in particular: (a) technical documentation related to geodetic and cartographic activities; (b) transfer of geodetic and cartographic materials to special geodetic and cartographic fund; and (c) application of local coordinates.
