Ministerial Decree No. 149 amending Ministerial Decree No. 551 validating the Regulation on sale of timber for forest harvest in public forest.

Item 10 shall acquire a new wording: “10. In the forests of all categories can be allotted plots of protection forest with use restrictions. The Ministry of Natural Resources shall validate the list of the plots of protection forest. Parameters of the plots of protection forest shall be validated by the Federal Forest Agency. Main use felling in the protection forest can be prohibited by decision of the territorial branches of the Federal Forest Agency.” Item 29 shall acquire a new wording: “29. The right of use of the plots of forest estate can be restricted or ceased by court decision. The modalities of restriction or cessation of the right of use of the plots of forest not pertaining to the forest estate shall be determined in accordance with the Russian legislation.”
