Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Committee on Environmental Protection shall be the state institution authorized to set air quality standards, methods of assessment thereof, maximum levels of air pollution, and revision and validation of the aforesaid standards. The Ministry of Public Health shall be the state institution authorized to set air hygiene standards that meet public health requirements and to test and register pollutants.
