Ministerial Decree No. 229 introducing amendments to the Ministerial Decree No.1601 regarding validation of the Regulation on utilization, protection and conservation of forest stock and reproduction of forest previously owned by agricultural organizations.

The Premier decrees to supplement paragraph 3 of the Regulation on utilization, protection and conservation of forest stock and reproduction of forest previously owned by agricultural organizations with the following paragraph: “Concession of the aforesaid plots of forest land for the purpose of logging and other forest resources over the established needs of the agricultural organizations must be carried out in accordance with the second part of the Article 43 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation”.
