Ministerial Decree No. 273 regarding validation of the Federal Special Program (FSP) of gradual development of the system of state registration of immovable property and its transactions.

The Regulation contains the passport of the Federal Special Program that consists of 6 Sections. The main targets of the Program are the formation and the development on the territory of the Russian Federation of the system of state registration of immovable property and its transactions ensuring state guarantees of the registered rights and the complete information as regards data of registered rights to the immovable property and its transactions. Section 1 determines the state of the problem. Section 2 establishes the main directions and targets of the program. Section 3 determines the terms and the stages of the realization of the program. Section 4 determines the modalities of the financial backing of the program. Section 5 establishes the modalities of control over the realization of the program. Section 6 gives the list of the program arrangements.
