Ministerial Decree No. 273 validating the Regulation on supervision over land use planning.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of organization and carrying out supervision over land use planning. The purpose of supervision shall be to enforce the observance technical norms and requirements by legal and natural persons in the process of land use planning. Federal Land Cadastre Service shall carry out supervision over: (a) observance of technical requirements in the process of land use planning; (b) rational land management and soil conservation; (c) implementation of injunctions of the administrative bodies to eliminate defects verified in the process of land use planning; and (d) transfer a copy of land use planning documentation free-of-charge to the state land use planning database.
