Ministerial Decree No. 367 amending Ministerial Decree No. 602 validating the Regulation on the auction of industrial fisheries quotas.

Item 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “20. Application for sale of the transferred right to conclude contract related to allocation of shares and (or) contract for fishery resources management shall be (in case of necessity) accompanied by the document attesting plenary powers of the person to exercise rights in the applicant’s name.”
