Ministerial Decree No. 418 validating the Regulation on placement of order for carrying out work concerning conservation, protection, reproduction of forests and making contracts related thereto.

Placement of state or municipal order for carrying out work concerning conservation, protection, reproduction of forests located on public or municipal land shall be carried out if such responsibilities have not been entrusted to citizens and legal persons. The customers shall be regional executive bodies, local self-government, Federal Forest Agency and Federal Nature Management Supervision Service. Placement of order shall be carried out concurrently with the sale of forest plantations for timber extraction. The contract shall envisage execution of all the activities except for aerial work. In the contract shall be specified: (a) location of forest plantations subject to timber extraction; (b) maximum amount of timber extraction; (c) timber extraction fees.
