Abstract
The Premier decrees that in case of finding out prohibited fishing gear by the Russian customs officials it shall be confiscated and turned government property in accordance with court decision. Subsequently the confiscated prohibited fishing gear shall be transferred to the Federal Agency for State Property Management for destruction.
