Ministerial Decree No. 437 regarding arrangements for sanitary, epidemiological, veterinary and phytosanitary protection of the territory of the Russian Federation.

The Government, for the purpose of ensuring protection of the territory of the Russian Federation from delivery and spreading of particularly perilous infectious human, animal and plant disease and toxic matters, decrees to set up Inter-departmental scientific and technical commission for the protection of the territory of the Russian Federation from delivery and spreading of particularly perilous infectious human, animal and plant disease and toxic matters. The Government entitles Inter-departmental scientific and technical commission with the function of coordination of activity of the ministries, state committees, departments and organizations of the Russian Federation for ensuring integral state policy in the field of prevention and liquidation of the consequences of delivery and spreading of particularly perilous infectious human, animal and plant disease and toxic matters on the territory of the Russian Federation.
