Ministerial Decree No. 471 amending Ministerial Decree No. 31 validating Regulation on state control over protection of atmospheric air.

Paragraph 2 shall acquire a new wording: “This Regulation establishes the modalities of the organization and carrying out state control over protection of the atmospheric air by the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service and its territorial bodies at the objects subject to federal ecological control; by the authorized regional environmental institutions at the objects of economic and other activity except for objects under federal state ecological supervision. Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service, its territorial bodies and other regional bodies of public authority in the sphere of environmental management shall cooperate with other federal executive bodies concerned, local self-government, public and other organizations, and also with citizens in the process of supervision, inspection and control over air quality.”
