Ministerial Decree No. 487 on state management of fishing sea ports.

TThis Decree entitles the newly created State Authority of fishing sea ports to enforce the legislation of the Russian Federation and implement the International Agreements between the Russian Federation and foreign states in the sphere of navigation and fisheries. This Decree ordains, on request of the Federal Fisheries Committee, the setting up of the State Authority of fishing sea ports. This Decree establishes that the Federal Fisheries Committee is the only supervisory organ of the State Authority of fishing sea port.
