Ministerial Decree No. 67 regarding special authorized state institutions in the field of protection, control and regulation of wildlife species and their natural habitats.

The Government decrees to establish that the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, State Committee of Environmental Protection, Federal Forest Service, Federal Frontier Service and their territorial subdivisions are special authorized state institutions in the sphere of protection, control and regulation of wildlife species and their natural habitats. Competence and specialization of the above-mentioned Federal Executive Bodies in the sphere of protection and utilization of wildlife species, conservation and reproduction of their natural habitat are determined by the Regulations on the statute of the above-mentioned institutions. Ministry of Agriculture and Food, State Committee of Environmental Protection, Federal Forest Service, Federal Frontier Service and regional and territorial executive bodies must carry out measures, in accordance with their respective competence, for the organization and ensuring efficient protection of wildlife species and their natural habitats.
