Ministerial Decree No. 761 regarding the sphere of competence of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Russian Federation.

The Government decrees to establish that the Ministry of Agriculture and Food is a federal executive body entitled to carry out state policy and management in the sphere of agro-industrial complex and food security of the country, to co-ordinate the activity in the aforesaid sphere of other federal executive bodies in cases envisaged by federal laws, presidential and governmental decrees of the Russian Federation.
