Abstract
The Government decrees that the authorized forestry institutions are the Federal Forest Service and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Their sphere of competence comprises the use, the protection, the guardianship and the reproduction of forests. The extent of the authority and the field of its application of these Federal Institutions are regulated by the respective Statutes.
