Ministerial Decree No. 818 regarding keeping up of the state cadastre of waste products and the classification of hazardous waste products.

This Decree establishes that the Ministry of Natural Resources and its territorial branches are entitled to classify hazardous waste products, to keep up the state cadastre of waste products that includes federal classification catalogue of waste products, state register of the dumps, database of waste products and of technologies for their utilisation and recycling. As regards keeping up of the state cadastre in the part dealing with consumer waste products, the Ministry of Natural Resources and its territorial branches do it jointly with the State Committee on Construction, Housing and Living Facilities.
