Abstract
The Government decrees that the Federal Fisheries Committee is Federal Executive Body entitled to carry out state regulation and intra-branch co-ordination in the sphere of rational use, study, conservation and reproduction of aquatic biodiversity and its natural habitat. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food must transfer under the jurisdiction of the Federal Fisheries Committee fishing organizations, including territorial (basin) fishing inspections, training institutions (including training fleet), scientific research and projecting and designing institutions, state administration of seaports (including emergency and life-saving fleet), state unitary fishing enterprises, offices of the liquidated State Fisheries Committee abroad and finances previously assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Federal Fisheries Committee is authorized to carry out functions in the field of fisheries previously entrusted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
