Ministerial Decree No.984 of 2001 regarding the activity of private organizations engaged in piloting of vessels.

The Government of the Russian Federation has validated the list of seaports in which the activity of private organizations engaged in piloting of vessels is permitted. Private organizations engaged in piloting of vessels can carry out their activity in the seaports not included in the list till the expiration date of their licences issued before the validation of the present Ministerial Decree.
