Abstract
The purpose of the present Agreement shall be to create legal and organizational basis for data exchange related to radiation monitoring in case of nuclear disasters or accidents with a view of granting access to information to the public (art. 1). The Parties shall timely and free of charge grant access to all available information of the national radiation monitoring systems (art. 2).
